Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he had come from God and was going back to God, rose from supper. (John 13:3)
Everything was given to Jesus. Jesus rose to be given to sinners.
Jesus inherited everything from His Father, and so Jesus gave up his life.
Jesus was given everything, so he rose to bow and wash feet.
Jesus was entrusted with everything, so he rose to serve the least.
Jesus rose to be betrayed, because he knew the Father had given him all things.
Jesus had come from God, and was being led unto death.
Jesus knew that he had come from God, so He went to the lowest place.
Jesus was going back to God, through the hands of evil men.
Jesus knew He was going back to God, so he gave himself to those who didn’t know who He was.
Jesus rose from supper to be betrayed, Jesus rose from the dead to be victorious.
Everything was given to Jesus. Jesus rose to be given for sinners.
What I am doing you do not understand now, but afterward you will understand. (John 13:7)
It’s that much easier as a Sunday morning routine.
It’s that much easier as a scheduled box.
Oh, how He loves us. Oh how He loves us!
Saved from hell, that’s good enough. It’s that much easier.
Saved from trouble, that’s good enough. It’s that much easier.
Oh, how He loves us. Oh how He loves us!
I want them whole; I want them complete in Me. It’s that much easier.
I desire all of them; I desire perfect union. It’s that much easier.
Oh, how He loves us. Oh how He loves us!
I will set the hungry long hours before Me. It’s that much easier.
That way they can’t hide their darkness from themselves. It’s that much easier.
Oh, how He loves us. Oh how He loves us!
The light shines in our darkness and it’s painful. It’s that much easier.
The light shines to save us from lust, pride, and injustice. It’s that much easier.
Oh, how He loves us. Oh how He loves us!
The battle is to be fixed on Him and be fully delivered from self. It’s that much easier.
The battle is to hope against our weakness; and yet be purified. It’s that much easier.
Oh, how He loves us. Oh how He loves us!
I will equip the hungry for battle, the unsatisfied for war. It’s that much easier.
I will train the seekers for glory, the royal ones for treasure. It’s that much easier.
Oh, how He loves us. Oh how He loves us!
I will give them all my heart, mind, soul, and strength. It’s that much easier.
They will love me with all their heart, mind, soul, and strength. It’s that much easier.
Oh, how He loves us. Oh how He loves us!
It is written. It is forever promised.
The Word is as sure as the throne He sits on.
Listen! Who will listen? Hear! Who will hear?
A trumpet is blasting, a fire is raging, the earth is quaking.
In the wild. No glitz, no glam, just fire. Burning, in the desolate places.
It is written. It is forever promised.
The Word will come as sure as the foundation of the earth.
Go out! Who will go out? Come! Who will come?
Geography is being shifted – in the wild. In the wild ones.
To prepare a way for the wild One to change everything.
It is written. It is forever promised.
The Word will restore everything as He created it – to be wild in Him.
Prepare! Who will prepare? Transform! Who will transform?
Glory shall be revealed where there is wild. To make wild, and to transform.
Creation groans to be wild again, as the wild ones are made manifest. To prepare.
It is written. It is forever promised.
The Word will be seen by all flesh, for He is the salvation of God.
Behold! All will behold. See! All will see.
Eye to Eye. Face to Face. Heart to Heart.
I was made to see You without veil.
My purity is your eternal passion.
For the pure in heart shall see God.
I was made to see You without veil.
To ascend the hill of the Lord, washed, white, ready.
To be transfigured on the hilltop from glory to glory.
To journey from strength to strength to the dwelling place of Consuming Fire.
I was made to see You without veil.
One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek.
One thing is necessary, and will never be taken from me.
To gaze on real, lasting beauty.
To behold the everlasting One and be forever fascinated.
I was made to see You without veil.
